For your wedding day photos, you’ll want to make sure you capture the most incredible moments of your big day. While you may want to just ask your photographer to try and capture the magic of each moment of the day, it’s much more beneficial to plan out the photos you want to have on your wedding day so you can enjoy your big day with your new spouse.
While photos of you and your bridal party are important, consider the tiny aspects of your wedding day that make it so special. For instance, your place setting that you spent so much time planning for, the cake topper you took so long to carefully choose, and not to mention, beautiful photos of the scenery in the venue you spent so much time dreaming about! Did we forget to add candid wedding shots? Those are a must! The featured photos highlight a few magical moments that took place at Celebrate at Snug Harbor.
The intricate details of the wedding day deserve their moment to shine. After all, you spent so much time choosing the perfect finishing touches, you should ask your photographer to highlight them before the day is over. The featured photos showcase table settings, cake toppers, and centerpiece that were set up in the Great Hall of Celebrate at Snug Harbor.
Venue scenery is so important. At Celebrate at Snug Harbor, you have over 80 acres of photo opportunities and that can be a bit overwhelming if you don’t plan ahead. Fortunately, your photographer and Celebrate’s team of Event Designers can help you plan out where and when to take the best photos. The featured photos below highlight the beauty of the Tuscan Garden, the stunning architecture of the Chinese Garden, as well as the breathtaking hornbeam tree tunnel. These stunning backgrounds help accentuate the beauty of the day!
The featured photos below capture the excitement and of both a bride and her family on their wedding day. The first photo highlights the thrill of the bride’s parents. How sweet! The second photo shows that not all pictures need to have the bride and her groom facing forward. Sometimes the beautiful moments are when the bride and groom think no one is looking. The third photo highlights a beautiful moment of the bride and groom enjoying themselves during their reception in the Great Hall of Celebrate at Snug Harbor.
It will be these types of photos that you and your partner will want to look back on and have in your memory box or wedding album. Our advice is for you to consult not only your wedding photographer, but the event planner of your wedding venue so that you can be best prepared for the photography on your wedding day!
A beautiful wedding arch or canopy can add the touch of elegance that you’ve always wanted to your wedding ceremony. There are different types of wedding arches that can express have both cultural and religious significance. Your arch can also take different shapes; it can be square or have a curve for aesthetic and décor purposes, too. By using flowers, fabrics, and different shapes, arches are a sure way to make the end of your aisle look fantastic.
The wedding arch is a must have for garden weddings. The collage below features wedding arches that have been placed in the Tuscan Garden of Celebrate at Snug Harbor. The top photo features a wooden arch with hanging flowers at the corners, topped with a lace sheet to match the bride’s gown. The bottom left photo features a birch arch with moss embossed pottery holding the arch, as well as a tulle fabric draped over the top with cascading flowers and greenery. The bottom right photo features an arch wrapped entirely in white linen with two floral arrangements on each side, as well as extended accent leaves to highlight the lush greenery of the Tuscan Garden.
Not all arches need to have four pillars to hold it up. The featured collage includes inspiration for two-legged arches. The left photo includes an arch at the beginning of the aisle in Celebrate at Snug Harbor’s Tuscan Garden. This arch is draped in a garden green linen, with floral clusters at the sides and top to match the cultural and religious significance for this couple. The top right photo shows another way creative way to decorate your arch, by allowing your favorite florals and greens to wrap the entire arch. The wild ungroomed look of the greenery allows for it to blend perfectly with scenic background. The middle right photo showcases an arch with a wooden arbor with linens, lace, and soft flowers to complete the look. The bottom right photo showcases a more groomed arch with greenery and a rose trellis wrapping around it. Lovely!
Additional Floral Inspiration:
A great way to make your arch unforgettable is to make it fit in with your wedding venue. The top featured photo showcases a wedding arch in the Chinese Scholar Garden of Celebrate at Snug Harbor, where the arch is wrapped lightly in green leaves, which pair beautifully with the water feature and trees of the garden. The bottom left photo enhances the Art Gallery of Celebrate at Snug Harbor by using pink florals to compliment the blue and white paint of the gallery. The bottom right photo uses weaved wild wood, greenery, and floral clusters to accentuate the garden backdrop.
There’s no better touch to a wedding ceremony than a wedding arch. Remember that your ceremony is one of the most photographed moments of your wedding day. You’ll want to choose a venue that can accommodate the wedding arch of your dreams!
