Few ingredients capture the season as well as roasted beets, figs and burrata.  Try a beet napoleon or burrata as the small plate option for your company to enjoy. They are a refreshing twist on traditional salad.

Hors d’oeuvres present a great opportunity to have fun with your menu. Break away from traditional choices and try something unexpected to add to the conversation.  Here are a few of our favorites for the holiday season.  The traditional eggroll takes is reinvented as “Philly Cheese Steak” creation, complete with creamy cheese sauce and crispy skin.  The chimichurri is a great compliment to any meat.  We love the vibrant green color as a compliment to the season.  Pig’s “in a blanket”, is one of the most popular hors d’oeuvres year round.  For holiday, Relish created an All beef “Pig in a Blanket” wrapped in house-made pretzel dough and roasted Brussel remoulade.

With formal water elements and a glass enclosed Lemon house, filled with olive and lemon trees, your guests can enjoy the outdoors and lush gardens of the property.
